Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email, phone number, password (stored only as a secure hash), role, and the Terms version you accepted, with the date and IP address.
• Company details: company name, USDOT and MC numbers, address, and trucks, trailers and drivers you add.
• Public records: authority, insurance and safety information about your company from FMCSA and other public sources.
• Activity: loads you post, bids, messages, ratings, and documents you upload or sign.
• Location: if you use the driver app and allow it, the truck’s location while a load is in progress.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and IP address, collected with Google Analytics and our server logs.

To run the platform: create your account, match loads with carriers, deliver bids, messages and alerts, check authority and compliance, record signed documents, prevent fraud, provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

• Other users: brokers and shippers see the loads they post. A carrier’s identity is shown to a broker or shipper only when that carrier bids on their load. Once you work a load together, both sides see the details needed to haul it.
• Service providers that run parts of the platform for us: Amazon Web Services (hosting and file storage), Twilio SendGrid (email), Twilio (text messages and phone verification), BlockSign (digital signatures), DeepSeek (AI that reads the load text a broker enters to fill in and check the posting), and Google Analytics (site usage).
• Public blockchains: when a document is signed with our optional digital signature tool, a fingerprint of it (not the document itself) is recorded permanently.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect users and the platform from fraud or harm.

We never share or sell your mobile number to anyone for their marketing.

• Update your details in your account settings.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in any email.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
• Close your account at any time. We keep records of loads and signed documents that other users rely on, and anything the law requires us to keep.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. We keep it while your account is open and as long as needed afterward for the purposes above.

The platform is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
